This soap started in the garden. I have been adoring german chamomile for the past few years letting it grow up everywhere along the paths at the guesthouse and in my vegetable garden. I've been collecting it for winter time tea and tucking it into flower arrangements.
This year I wanted to dry some for pretty little soap tops. I incorporated the fine seeds into the soap batter for a very gentle exfoliation. This bar has a lemon forward scent from litsea essential oil paired with lavender for a natural classic fragrance combo.
Ingredients: Oils of olive, coconut, palm, rice bran, castor, lye, chamomile flower, lavender and litsea essential oils.
